Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?

Open your profile, scroll to Settings, and tap "Delete account". It permanently removes your account and all synced reading data from the active service. If you cannot use the app, request deletion here.

Does Gajimaru spoil the book?

Companion content is designed to unlock at your reading position. If something reveals more than it should or contains an error, use the content report action or email us with the book, chapter and item.

Is my reading data private?

Community features can show your username and reading activity. Turn off community visibility in You to hide your profile and reading presence. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell your data or show ads.

Can I reset my password?

The native iOS and Android apps do not currently offer automated password recovery. The website provides a reset request for accounts with an optional contact email. If you need help, contact hello@gajimaru.org.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 16 or later. Android 7.0 or later on supported 64-bit ARM devices.
