Selene · the brightness travelling through night
Selene bathes in Ocean and harnesses her horses. Light spreads from her head as she drives across the evening sky.
Context
Homeric Hymn 32 celebrates the moon in motion and the brilliance of its full circle. It is a small song for a light that keeps returning.
